Adams Grooming Atelier, a distinguished brand with locations in Mayfair, Canary Wharf, Harrods, and New York, has built an enviable reputation by authentically applying the craftsmanship and history of the Istanbul barber shop. Despite their success in the UK, the company recognised the need to introduce an online booking system that would complement their walk-in model and allow them to expand into new markets in the US.

Their goal was to provide their busy and discerning clientele with a seamless booking experience that would integrate with their website and allow for easy upselling of beauty services, while also preserving their existing walk-in model and accommodating frequent changes in staff rotas.

To achieve these objectives, Adams Grooming Atelier turned to Wilford, which helped streamline the online booking journey, allowing it to work as efficiently as their walk-in model. The system also allowed for the secure collection of card details without requiring payment at the time of booking. Moreover, the online booking system was designed to reflect the company's heritage, further enhancing their reputation and appeal to discerning clients.

The implementation of the system was rolled out in a phased manner in the UK, allowing Adams Grooming Atelier to monitor and assess any impact on their walk-in model. Additionally, the modular system provided by Wilford met the unique needs of the company's US sites, with the ability to offer comprehensive reports spanning both UK and US sites in a single view.

Since its implementation, the online booking system has become a significant part of the UK side of the business, accounting for the majority of their bookings. The Wilford system has continued to evolve, successfully accommodating several new sites and helping Adams Grooming Atelier achieve their goal of offering a seamless online booking experience that complements their heritage of bringing Istanbul craftsmanship to their business.
