We wanted to reinvent the online booking experience. To remove all that was inflexible and frustrating and replace it with something more enjoyable. An organic, fluid experience that customers can engage with as they book what they want when they want it. That meant it had to be adaptable to the specific needs of any business group or chain while reflecting its exclusivity.
We also knew it had to belong to the very brand whose site it was incorporated into, not something resembling a tacked-on afterthought. So, it needed to blend beautifully into any site design.
Finally, it needed to be free of hassle. So we offer the option of developing a Wilford Client API. (And if that is something you would prefer, please, visit our API for developers page.)
