One particular challenge was to develop two separate online booking journeys for the full-service salon. Limoz required complex booking rules to be translated into simple booking journeys for both his high-profile celebrity clients who demand his signature colour service, as well as the rest of the stylist team. We conducted a comprehensive consultation with the team to determine the specific requirements for each journey, which we then incorporated into the online booking system on the website and the app to provide a seamless booking experience.
We also collaborated closely with Limoz's web development team to create a seamless gift card purchase function that not only seamlessly integrated with the website but also reinforced the brand's messaging and aesthetics. Our team ensured that the gift card purchase process was smooth and hassle-free for customers, while also providing Limoz's team with the tools to track and manage gift card sales efficiently. The result was a significant increase in gift card sales and a strengthened brand image for Limoz's salon.
