These terms and conditions will apply Gappt's payment extension which enables the Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation (as applicable depending on whether You represent the Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation) to receive payments from customers or to take their payment details ("Payment Extension").

Provision of the Payment Extension is an Optional Service as defined under the Terms and these additional terms and conditions ("Additional Terms") are incorporated into and form part of the Terms. Capitalised words in these Additional Terms shall have the same meaning as in the Terms. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between these Additional Terms and the Terms, these Additional Terms shall take precedence for the purpose of the Payment Extension only.

1 The Payment Extension provides the functionality for Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation (as applicable) to enter into contracts with customers for services and/or products performed and supplied by Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation ("Your Services and Products") and (where required) receive payment for Your Services and Products, as more specifically described on the Website.

2 Gappt shall permit sales of Your Services and Products at its sole discretion. Gappt may remove or suspend access to any of Your Services and Products the sale of which is in breach of any law, where the products are offensive or obscene, are medical items or drugs, are weapons or dangerous substances, are stolen, infringe third party IPR or which Gappt determines, acting reasonably, are objectionable or not suitable for sale to customers.

3 Customers will enter into contracts directly with Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation (as applicable) when ordering Your Services and Products. Gappt does not act as agent for Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation. Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation is solely responsible for enforcing contracts with its customers and for resolving any disputes arising out of those contracts.

4 Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation (as applicable) must provide Gappt with relevant terms and conditions for the provision of Your Services and Products that will be offered before the Payment Extension can be implemented by Gappt. Gappt will make the terms provided by Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation available to consumers and require customers to accept them when a customer orders Your Services and Products. Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation (as applicable) is responsible for ensuring that the terms supplied comply with all applicable laws (including particularly privacy and consumer laws) and are sufficient and suitable for Your Services and Products.

5 Gappt's only liability to Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation (as applicable) for the Payment Extension is to:

(a) ensure that customers agree to terms and conditions provided by Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation when making an offer for Your Services and Products; and

(b) provide the means (which may include using Gappt's chosen third party service provider) to take payment from customers as a payment service where Gappt acts as intermediary between Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation and the customer.

6 Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation (as applicable) must have an account with Stripe (www.stripe.com) in order to use the Payment Extension and supply Gappt with any requested information in order for the stripe account to be activated.

7 Gappt's fee or fees for the use of the Payment Extension are set out within the Subscription Payer's account on the Website, and are Other Fees as defined in the Terms. In the event that the customer cancels their order for Your Services and Products, no refund of Other Fees will be due to Subscription Payer or Invited Organisation unless set out otherwise within Subscription Payer's account on the Website.
